Can I pickup my order in store?
Yes, you can pickup your order during opening hours
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all destinations in Iceland that are being offered by our shipping carriers.
We do not ship any orders outside of Iceland
How long does shipping take?
All orders are handed over to our shipping carriers the following business day an order is placed.
Shipping with our carriers takes 0 - 3 business days depending on your location.
Shipping with our carriers within the Capital area and the South-West Corner of Iceland takes 0 - 1 business days.
Shipping outside these areas will take 1 - 3 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you can track your shipment by clicking the link in the shipping confirmation email you receive from us.
If you chose shipping with Dropp you can also track your shipment by entering your tracking number directly on Dropp's website
How do I return a product?
The fastest way is to return or exchange a product is by coming by our store during opening hours.
If you need to ship your products, it is best to log into your Account and request a return.
You also reply to the confirmation email you received from us or email us with details on your return request and your order number
